How do you describe card and collectible condition?

We use the condition stated on each product page and show the actual item or representative sealed product where noted. Review every image and description before buying.

Are graded cards independently authenticated?

A graded item is supplied in the holder shown and attributed to the grading company named in the listing. Certification numbers should be checked with that company before purchase.

How are valuable items packed?

Collectibles are protected appropriately for their format, then packed inside a tracked shipping parcel. Higher-value orders may require additional insurance or signature services.

Can I combine several items in one order?

Yes, where the items can travel safely together. The checkout calculates the available delivery method; contact us before ordering if you need a special arrangement.

What if an order arrives damaged?

Keep all packaging and contact us promptly with clear photographs of the parcel and item so the delivery issue can be assessed.
