Buying cards online takes trust — you cannot hold the box before you pay for it. This page sets out, in plain terms, exactly what Bags of Swank guarantees, and the few things no honest shop can.
Authenticity, guaranteed
Everything we sell is sourced through official distributors, reputable wholesalers and trusted industry channels. We do not knowingly sell counterfeit product — full stop. If we ever discover something in stock that does not meet our standards, it leaves the shelves immediately.

Secure checkout
Your information deserves protection. Checkout is encrypted, payments run through PCI DSS-compliant processors with 3-D Secure, and we never store your full card details.
Order accuracy
Every order is picked, checked and packed by a person who knows the stock. If we ever get one wrong, tell us — we will fix it at our cost, not yours.
Real customer support
We reply to every message within one working day, the phone is answered during opening hours, and you are always talking to a collector. Every enquiry matters to us.
Straight policies
Delivery, returns, pre-orders, sealed products, payments, privacy and terms — all written down, all easy to find, all in plain English. We want you to know exactly where you stand before you spend a penny.
Our pre-order commitment
For pre-orders we commit to: sharing release information as we receive it, communicating major delays when we know about them, fulfilling orders fairly in order-date order, and refunding promptly and in full wherever we cannot supply.
If we ever get it wrong
If we ever sold you something that proved not to be authentic, contact us with the details and we will investigate immediately. Where an item is confirmed not to be authentic, you will receive a full refund including reasonable return postage, and we will trace the source back through our supply chain. Your Consumer Rights Act 2015 rights always apply on top of this promise.
What we cannot guarantee
Honesty has to run both ways. We cannot guarantee: specific cards or pulls inside sealed products; particular players, autographs, case hits or numbered cards; PSA 10s or any grading outcome; manufacturer release dates; carrier delivery times; or future card values and investment returns. Those things are decided by manufacturers, grading companies, couriers and the market — not by us.
Fair resolution
Problem with an order? Talk to us first. We review concerns fairly and work towards reasonable solutions, and open communication nearly always gets there fastest.
