We work hard to keep stock information accurate, but trading card stock moves fast — sometimes in minutes on release day. This policy explains how inventory, stock levels, allocations and availability work at Bags of Swank. By placing an order, you agree to the terms below.
Inventory accuracy
We make every reasonable effort to keep stock counts and availability information accurate. Discrepancies can still occur through simultaneous purchases, system synchronisation delays, supplier inventory changes, human error, technical issues or allocation adjustments. Availability is confirmed only when your order has been processed and verified.
High-demand products
Many products release in limited quantities and see exceptional demand: new booster boxes and ETBs, hobby box releases, limited-production sets, rookie-focused products, special editions, case-break favourites and popular pre-orders. They can sell out quickly, and availability can change without notice.
Product allocations
Manufacturers and distributors frequently allocate trading card products — meaning a retailer receives fewer units than requested. If an allocation is cut, we may reduce order quantities, limit purchases, partially fulfil orders, cancel affected orders, or refund unavailable items. Allocation decisions are made upstream and are outside our control.
Pre-order availability
Pre-orders are offered against expected inventory and supplier commitments. Because allocations and release schedules change, pre-order availability is not guaranteed until stock physically arrives. If shortages occur, we will contact you about quantity reductions, delayed fulfilment, alternative options or a full refund.
Supplier shortages
Suppliers may reduce available inventory, delay shipments, discontinue products or move release schedules. When supplier issues hit, we make reasonable efforts to update affected customers as soon as practical.
Purchase limits
To keep access fair, we may apply purchase limits to high-demand products, limited releases, pre-orders and promotional items. Orders that exceed stated limits may be modified or cancelled.
Oversold products
Rarely, an inventory error means a product is oversold. If that happens, we will contact you, offer a replacement where one is available, or cancel and refund in full. We apologise in advance — we hate it as much as you do.
Product discontinuation
Manufacturers can discontinue products without notice, and we may remove discontinued products from sale at any time. Existing orders are honoured against available inventory and supplier availability.
Images and listings
Product images, descriptions and availability notes are provided in good faith for information. Manufacturers may change packaging, artwork, configuration, contents or release information; such changes do not affect a product’s authenticity.
No guarantee of future availability
Many trading card products have limited print runs. Once they are gone, we cannot guarantee they will ever return — if you want a limited release, order while stock shows.
Reservation of rights
We reserve the right to correct inventory errors, adjust product availability, cancel orders affected by stock issues, limit purchase quantities, and refuse orders we suspect of abuse or fraud. These measures keep distribution fair and our operations accurate.
Keeping you informed
If a significant availability issue affects your order, we will contact you using the details you gave at checkout — so please keep them accurate and up to date.
