Welcome to Bags of Swank. These terms govern your use of our website and your purchases from us. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to them — if you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Bags of Swank operates an online and high-street retail shop specialising in trading cards, TCG and sports card products, graded cards, singles and collectibles.

2. Eligibility
By using our website you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or are using the site with the involvement of a parent or legal guardian, that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract, and that the information you give us is accurate and current.
3. Products and availability
All products are subject to availability. We may limit purchase quantities, discontinue lines, and correct product descriptions, pricing and availability information at any time. Product images are illustrative, and manufacturer packaging may vary from what is shown.
4. Pricing and payment
All prices are listed in pounds sterling (GBP) and include UK VAT where applicable. Payment methods are shown at checkout. We may correct pricing, description and inventory errors, and cancel orders affected by them — anything already paid for a cancelled order is refunded in full. An order is accepted only when payment has been authorised and the order is confirmed by us, not when the automated acknowledgement email lands.
5. Order acceptance
The confirmation email you receive after checkout is an acknowledgement, not an acceptance. We may refuse or cancel orders for product unavailability, pricing errors, suspected fraud, payment verification problems, or legal-compliance reasons, with refunds issued for any payment taken.
6. Delivery
Every UK order uses free standard UK delivery with no minimum spend. Standard UK delivery normally takes 4–7 working days, including Highlands, islands and remote postcodes; international delivery times vary — these are estimates, not guarantees. We are not liable for carrier, customs, weather or other delays beyond our reasonable control. Full detail is on our Delivery Information page.
7. Pre-orders
Some products are offered for pre-order. By placing one, you accept that release dates are estimates, manufacturer schedules can change, delays happen, and allocations can be reduced. Where we cannot fulfil, we fulfil in order-date order, offer alternatives where sensible, or refund in full. See the Pre-Order Policy.
8. Trading card and collectibles disclaimer
Sealed trading card products involve chance. We do not guarantee specific cards, players, autographs, inserts, parallels, numbered cards, grading outcomes, investment returns or future market value. Product contents are determined solely by the manufacturer, and purchases are made at your own discretion.
9. Intellectual property
All content on this website — text, logos, graphics, images, product descriptions, design and branding — is owned by or licensed to Bags of Swank and protected by the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 and other applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify or commercially exploit our content without prior written permission.
10. Prohibited activities
You agree not to: use the site for unlawful purposes; attempt unauthorised access to systems or accounts; interfere with site functionality; submit false information; engage in fraudulent transactions; or breach any applicable law or regulation. We may suspend or terminate access for breaches of these terms.
11. User content
If you submit reviews, comments or other content, you grant Bags of Swank a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to use, reproduce, publish and display it for business purposes. You are responsible for ensuring your submissions break no law and infringe no third-party rights.
12. Disclaimer of warranties
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the website is provided ‘as is’ and ‘as available’, and we do not warrant uninterrupted, error-free operation or the accuracy of all information at all times. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties or rights that cannot lawfully be excluded, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
13. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits, lost opportunities or data loss, and our total liability for any claim is capped at the amount you paid for the order concerned. Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law — including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
14. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Bags of Swank, its owners and staff against claims, losses and expenses arising from your breach of these terms, your misuse of the site, or your infringement of third-party rights — except to the extent caused by our own breach or negligence.
15. Privacy
Your use of the site is also governed by our Privacy Policy and Cookie Policy, in line with the UK GDPR and the Data Protection Act 2018.
16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Northern Ireland, and the courts of Northern Ireland have jurisdiction over disputes, subject to any mandatory consumer protections that allow you to bring proceedings where you live in the UK.
17. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes take effect when published here and apply to future orders — they never apply retrospectively to orders already placed. Continued use of the site after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
